Consultancy:-We believe in getting involved with projects at the earliest possible stage when strategies and goals are set. Our long experience enables us to offer accurate and focused advice to our customers from the outset in order to ensure that business, as well as technical objectives are realistically framed in the light of available resources.
Project Planning:-As soon as a project is launched, we appoint a project manager who co-ordinates and manages every aspect of the job. Vertex Media’s project managers are trained in project management techniques and all have successful records of delivery in the past. Where necessary, we allocate specialists or experts to various tasks and phases in the project.
Workflow Design:We have a thorough understanding of broadcast operations and workflow, gained over many years of close co-operation with a wide variety of customers. An essential part of any projects are the capture of requirements coupled with the analysis of current workflow and of how it needs to change. The objective is the design of a new workflow enabling the most effective use of resources to achieve the desired results.
System Installation:-All aspects of design for video, audio and control systems are carried out by Vertex Media engineers. Systems schematics, equipment and jack field layouts are produced for customer approval followed by the production of cable schedules. Using a team of experienced broadcast wiremen, partial or complete system pre-build can be undertaken at our premises prior to on-site implementation. Training:-We design and deliver training courses at every level, from high level system management to basic user training. We offer operational training and system support courses, either as part of a project or as an individual service product.
Commissioning:-Vertex Media installations are followed by a systematic end-to-end test of the installation, together with a full performance test of the delivered equipment before the system is formally commissioned.
Document:-We place high emphasis on the provision of first class project documentation which is supplied in both printed and electronic form. Documentation is always of the utmost importance, and the installed systems would be fully documented with parts lists, system drawings, cable schedules, mechanical details and software configuration.
